Made by Wildcat Moderators in Hartlebury, England; the Whisper was Wildcat's rimfire moderator before the release of the Panther. Very similar in design to the Panther, the Whisper has a colour coded front end so you are aware of the maximum calibre for the moderator and can be easily broken down into three pieces for cleaning.
