Very good condition example of the Webley Tempest air pistol, presented in its original box, complete with the original instruction sheet. An instantly recognisable design, the Tempest was always a powerful pistol for one that fit so neatly into one hand. This example has been well cared for throughout its life, with no marks to the blueing on the main body, although the lettering on 'Tempest' has worn a little. Even today, this is a pokey little pistol to shoot, meaning that you can have hours reliving your childhood in the back garden. The barrel is stamped '22 - 5.6 cal' on the top and this pistol comes with some period Milbro Caledonian pellets. The box is the original black and green one, but is separating on the corners.

Produced between 1979 and 2005 following feedback from customers that the Hurricane could be a little too large for some hands, the Tempest was a pistol with a surprisingly high power level for its size. Until 1981, they had 'Tempest' written on the side, after this date it was changed to 'Webley Tempest'. There was a second run of these pistols in 2011 until 2019. A brilliant piece of nostalgia for shooters of a certain age and still offering good power.
