The SMK Super Grade Model 15 Junior air rifle is a compact, spring-powered break barrel air rifle designed mainly for beginner and junior shooters. It is built to be smaller and lighter than full-size air rifles, making it easier to handle, cock, and control during practice sessions. The reduced weight and shortened stock help younger or smaller shooters develop safe shooting technique and confidence.
It operates using a simple single-shot break barrel system, where the barrel is pulled down to compress the spring before loading a pellet. This straightforward design is reliable and easy to maintain, making it well suited for basic training and recreational target shooting. The rifle is typically chambered in .177 calibre, which provides a flatter trajectory and easier shot placement at short to medium airgun ranges.
The Model 15 features a traditional hardwood stock with a simple, functional design that offers a stable shooting platform. It is fitted with basic open sights for straightforward aiming, and some versions include scope grooves for optional optics. As an entry-level air rifle, it is intended for controlled target shooting and skill development rather than high-power field use.
- Break barrel spring-powered system for simple and reliable single-shot operation
- Compact and lightweight design tailored for junior or beginner shooters for easier control and handling
- Hardwood stock with .177 calibre barrel and basic sights for straightforward and consistent target shooting
