The leather that makes up all of our dog collars is of the same quality as that used on our stunning popular Argentinian pampeano polo belts. It has been hand selected by our local artisans in Argentina and expertly vegetable-tanned to create a finished product that is rich and supple yet tough and durable. The quality is consistent throughout all of pampeano’s leather products. The Aztec pampa patterns and diamonds are inspired by the Andes mountain range that overlook the polo fields of La Pampa. They are all hand-stitched by our own skilled crafts people who have perfected the technique which is passed down through generations. With all of our hand-made products, you are getting a true piece of Argentina that is original and unique, making it that extra bit special with no two quite the same.
A luxury leather Sereno dog lead is also available to match this eye-catching polo dog collar, again made from the same luxurious leather and designed with the same bold Sereno stitching. You can also buy a matching Sereno leather polo belt for yourself. This is the ultimate co-ordinated look for the most stylish dog walks around town or in the country. The dog lead is available in one standard length and two widths – skinny and standard to suit the size and breed of your dog.
Pampeano offers this polo dog collar in seven lengths to ensure that there is a size to fit every dog, they start at 35cm suited for toy breeds such as Chihuahuas, all the way up to a generous 65cm which is for extra-large breeds such as Mastiffs. Every size inbetween is covered as collar sizes go up in 5cm intervals. The dog collars sizes below 45cm measure 1.5cm wide for smaller necks and 2.5cm wide for sizes 50cm - 60cm.

Care Instructions
CARE INSTRUCTIONS
Like all luxury leather goods, this is a natural product so Pampeano have included some care instructions on how to maintain the lustre of your Pampeano polo dog collar.
Maintaining the leather
To maintain the richness of the leather, you should nourish it with a good leather conditioner every so often. Apply a small amount onto a dry cloth and rub into the leather. Use a separate cloth to buff it until all of the conditioner has been absorbed.
As with all leather goods, try and keep your polo dog collar dry. If it does get wet, just blot with a towel as soon as possible and let it air dry. Do not machine wash.
Maintaining the thread
The vibrant hand-stitched pampa patterns on their polo dog collars consist of high density waxed saddlery threads, meaning they are robust and easy to clean.
Just use soapy water and a non-coloured sponge to scrub the threads in the direction of the stitching (across the width of the dog collar and not the length). Use a damp cloth to remove any excess soap, and towel dry as soon as possible.
Snagged a thread? Because of the sport from which Pampeano's polo dog collars originated, they are made to be durable and hardwearing. In the unlikely event that a thread has come loose, simply tuck the end back under the threads next to it and fix in place using a little superglue. Make sure you tuck it in on the back of the dog collar and repair will be undetectable.

Returns
If it is deemed necessary to return an item for exchange or refund, please note the following:
Goods returned must be in original packaging, with labels still attached.
Notification of intention to return must be provided within 14 days of receipt.
Goods must be delivered to us within 14 days of return notification.
Goods must have accompanying copy receipt for return.
Goods returned unwanted are subject to a minimum postage charge of £3.50 or the actual delivery costs incurred to us, whichever is the greater.
Returned goods must be in new condition, i.e. unused and unmarked with labels attached.
Costs incurred in returning items are your responsibility.
