The Country Cross is a tall, jersey-lined rubber boot. Handcrafted from our signature Chamolux natural rubber and a rigorous testing process ensures this boot 100% waterproof. The inside is lined with a distinctive tartan patterned polycotton jersey material for comfortable wear in warmer months. This boot is perfect for all country activities with the jersey lining providing ideal comfort for temperatures between 0 and 15 degrees. A shock-absorbing dual-density Cross sole makes this boot ideal for difficult terrains.

Le Chameau's signature Chamolux rubber is used to make this wellington boot soft, supple, and durable. This natural product is made using a unique recipe which includes rubber from the Pará rubber tree. All their boots are 100% waterproof and are rigorously tested to ensure every pair meets their high standards. To reduce fatigue and tired feet, they feature their dual-density Cross sole within the Country Cross boot. This expert sole supports and cushions your foot with every step, whilst their abrasion-resistant outsole ensures stability on muddy and uneven ground.

Le Chameau boots are designed and made to fit you in your standard shoe size, with room for your trousers/jeans and a thick pair of socks already factored into the manufacturing process by their Master Bootmaker. When selecting which size to order, a good general rule with Le Chameau boots is to go for the same size as your normal everyday shoe size.

Care Instructions
To ensure your Le Chameau rubber boots stay in good condition it's important that they are regularly cleaned with water and allowed to dry naturally.
Occasionally you might notice a white powdery "Bloom" on the boots. This is perfectly normal and is insoluble particles that have risen to the surface, which is largely due to the characteristic of a premium product made from high-grade rubber and will not compromise the durability or performance of the boots.
You should:
- Clean your boots with nothing more than water and a brush.
- Let the boots air dry.
- Use a silicone spray and polish using a soft, dry cloth.
- Keep your boots in a dry and ventilated place, away from direct sunlight and away from any heat source.
- If the boots get wet, please dry the lining thoroughly before using them again. Crumpled newspaper will help.
- If storing your boots for a long period, clean them thoroughly and store away from direct sunlight in a dry, cool place.
You shouldn't:
- Never dry your boots in direct contact with a heat source like a radiator or a fireplace.
- Do not use aggressive products, like detergents, to clean your boots.
- Never store your boots in a damp condition or folded.

All Le Chameau rubber boots are guaranteed for 2 years against manufacturing defects. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, unsuitable use of the product, damage from foreign bodies or fluids, wear and tear, deterioration of colours and materials over time and after prolonged use.

Notification of intention to return must be provided within 14 days of receipt.
Goods must be delivered to us within 14 days of return notification.
Goods must have accompanying copy receipt for return.
Goods returned unwanted are subject to a minimum postage charge of £3.50 or the actual delivery costs incurred to us, whichever is the greater.
Returned goods must be in new condition, i.e. unused and unmarked with labels attached.
