Hand forged in Sweden, with a sandblastered and clear laquered finish. The axe head has a simple single bevel grind ideal for chopping and splitting. It is portable, functional and very good value for money for pursuits in the great outdoors. Also suitable for working in the garden. Curved handle made from oiled hickory wood. Comes with a leather edge guard.

Hults Bruk was originally founded in 1697 in the Hult Valley in southeastern Sweden. By 1870, axes had become a major part of Hults Bruk's production. The then owner - an ironmaster names Ekelund - bought two new axe forging machines to meet demand. Today, Hults Bruk is a combination of the new and the old but the basic culture has not changed over the years. The striving of each blacksmith to always do their best while relying on a time honoured tradition has resulted in Hultafors axes being famous throughout the world.

If it is deemed necessary to return an item for exchange or refund, please note the following:
Goods returned must be in original packaging, with labels still attached.
Notification of intention to return must be provided within 14 days of receipt.
Goods must be delivered to us within 14 days of return notification.
Goods must have accompanying copy receipt for return.
Goods returned unwanted are subject to a minimum postage charge of £3.50 or the actual delivery costs incurred to us, whichever is the greater.
Returned goods must be in new condition, i.e. unused and unmarked with labels attached.
Costs incurred in returning items are your responsibility.
