We do try and listen to our customers at all times and here we have a new version of our very popular hoof ring. Some people have found that when stuffing hay nets the adjustable hoof rings which are not soldered have been bent or come loose. So we have made one that can’t be bent open! Not yet available in all sizes but it will be if it proves as popular as it’s cousin!

If it is deemed necessary to return an item for exchange or refund, please note the following:
Goods returned must be in original packaging, with labels still attached.
Notification of intention to return must be provided within 14 days of receipt.
Goods must be delivered to us within 14 days of return notification.
Goods must have accompanying copy receipt for return.
Goods returned unwanted are subject to a minimum postage charge of £3.50 or the actual delivery costs incurred to us, whichever is the greater.
Returned goods must be in new condition, i.e. unused and unmarked with labels attached.
Costs incurred in returning items are your responsibility.
