Bisley Gun Stand Numbers 1–12 are simple field markers used in organised shooting events to assign and identify shooter positions. Each set contains twelve individual numbered cards, typically labelled 1 through 12, which are placed at shooting stands or pegs so participants know where they are positioned during a drive or round.

The numbers are printed in large, clear text on a high-contrast background (usually black on white) to ensure they are visible from a distance in outdoor conditions. This is important in game shooting environments where participants may be spread out across fields or woodland edges and need to quickly identify their designated stand without confusion.

Each card is usually made from durable laminated card, which gives it some resistance to light rain, dirt, and general handling in the field. The size is compact but visible, commonly around 115mm by 76mm, making them easy to place on sticks, pegs, or holders without being bulky or easily blown away.

These markers are mainly used in game shoots, clay layouts, or organised sporting events where multiple shooting positions need to be clearly structured. They are not technical equipment but organisational tools that improve safety, flow, and coordination during shooting days by ensuring each participant knows their correct position.

  • Numbered 1–12 markers used to identify shooting stands or peg positions
  • High-contrast laminated cards designed for visibility and light weather resistance
  • Used in organised game shooting to improve structure, safety, and coordination
