To get the most out of your Barmah hat, we recommend using the specially formulated "Barmah Hat Waterproofing Spray". As the name suggests, the spray helps to repel water away from the leather, therefore helping to keep you dry. The spray also works as a leather conditioner so will help keep the leather soft and supple. Never use a heat source to dry your leather products as this can lead to cracking and drying. Instead, allow time for natural air drying.

If it is deemed necessary to return an item for exchange or refund, please note the following:
Goods returned must be in original packaging, with labels still attached.
Notification of intention to return must be provided within 14 days of receipt.
Goods must be delivered to us within 14 days of return notification.
Goods must have accompanying copy receipt for return.
Goods returned unwanted are subject to a minimum postage charge of £3.50 or the actual delivery costs incurred to us, whichever is the greater.
Returned goods must be in new condition, i.e. unused and unmarked with labels attached.
Costs incurred in returning items are your responsibility.
