As many of you will already be aware, Sticky's baits are quite soft straight from the bag and aren’t ideal to fish with on the hair for prolonged periods of time. They have absolutely no intention of “fixing” this, as the soft and extremely soluble nature of the bait is, in their eyes, exactly what makes it so effective!

Returns
If it is deemed necessary to return an item for exchange or refund, please note the following:
Goods returned must be in original packaging, with labels still attached.
Notification of intention to return must be provided within 14 days of receipt.
Goods must be delivered to us within 14 days of return notification.
Goods must have accompanying copy receipt for return.
Goods returned unwanted are subject to a minimum postage charge of £3.50 or the actual delivery costs incurred to us, whichever is the greater.
Returned goods must be in new condition, i.e. unused and unmarked with labels attached.
Costs incurred in returning items are your responsibility.
