Good condition classic Miroku ORE, perfect for a starter or second gun. The ORE is a model from the early 1970s at the latest, as it does not have the standard Miroku date code. Despite the age, the action still locks up well and the barrels are clear and free of pitting. Choked 1/4 and 1/2, this shotgun has nice all round chokes for sporting or for game shooting. The shorter 26" barrels make it easy to swing and the 14" 1/2 stock will make it easier for shorter statured shooters to use. Considering the age and use, the wood is in good condition overall, with the most major issue with the stock being discolouration from where a slip on pad has been used. The blueing has worn a little thin on the action and there is some cosmetic weathering. An excellent, bomb proof gun that will serve anyone well for years to come.

Long considered to be 'Japanese Browning', Miroku have been making quality shotguns at affordable prices for years. The ORE is one of the more popular models to come out of the 1970s-1980s production. Based off of the Miroku 800, these were often short barreled and designed for sporting skeet shooting. However, the short overall length made them popular amongst pigeon and rough shooters who wanted something more manoeverable in the hide. This particular model has been used as a pigeon gun and shows evidence of this on the stock. Overall, the action and barrels are in good condition, but there are cosmetic marks in line with age and use.
