This Hicks & Brown Suffolk Fedora Hat is hand finished with a cluster of natural guinea and pheasant feathers fastened behind a branded leather band. It is made from 100% wool felt and can be worn throughout all seasons.
Please note as these are natural feathers, the colours and lengths may vary very slightly.

Care Instructions
The Suffolk Fedora is water-resistant, however, Hicks & Brown advise not to wear this particular colour hat in the rain as the dye can run from the leather band marking the wool. If it becomes wet, shake off excess water and leave to dry slowly indoors. Do not place on or near direct heat as this may cause it to misshape.
Hicks & Brown recommend using a lint clothes roller to remove any dust or dirt. For stubborn marks, a damp sponge can be used or alternatively a hat brush. If dealing with mud please allow the mud to dry first before trying to clean.
Storing:
We advise to keep away from direct sunlight when storing.

If it is deemed necessary to return an item for exchange or refund, please note the following:
Goods returned must be in original packaging, with labels still attached.
Notification of intention to return must be provided within 14 days of receipt.
Goods must be delivered to us within 14 days of return notification.
Goods must have accompanying copy receipt for return.
Goods returned unwanted are subject to a minimum postage charge of £3.50 or the actual delivery costs incurred to us, whichever is the greater.
Returned goods must be in new condition, i.e. unused and unmarked with labels attached.
Costs incurred in returning items are your responsibility.
