We advise not to allow this bag to become wet as the dye from the suede may run therefore it may mark clothing that it comes into contact with.

Keeping your clutch clean
We recommend using a lint clothes roller to remove any dust or dirt. For stubborn marks, a damp sponge can be used. If dealing with mud please allow the mud to dry first before removing.

Returns
If it is deemed necessary to return an item for exchange or refund, please note the following:
Goods returned must be in original packaging, with labels still attached.
Notification of intention to return must be provided within 14 days of receipt.
Goods must be delivered to us within 14 days of return notification.
Goods must have accompanying copy receipt for return.
Goods returned unwanted are subject to a minimum postage charge of £3.50 or the actual delivery costs incurred to us, whichever is the greater.
Returned goods must be in new condition, i.e. unused and unmarked with labels attached.
Costs incurred in returning items are your responsibility.
