A memory foam insole compliments a leather/rubber composite sole for improved longevity and ultimate comfort. The Calf Width of the Regina is measured around the widest part of the inside of the boot. The Narrow Fit Regina is a closer fit in the Calf Width. The Narrow Fit Regina is designed with an additional 5cm worth of stretch across 5 elastic panels to help fit a range of calf sizes. If you are between calf sizes, Fairfax & Favor suggest the smaller calf size.

Fairfax & Favor recommend treating all their materials with the right care products for improved longevity and enjoyment.
Cleaning Recommendations
You should clean using a soft suede brush, brushing in the direction of fibres. Once you have done this apply Suede & Nubuck Protector. If the suede does become subject to large amounts of mud or water leave it to dry naturally before brushing, then re-apply the suede and nubuck proofer.
Maintenance & Storage
You should store your boots away from heat, damp and direct sunlight. It is best to store your boots with boot trees to help maintain their original shape.
Warranty
In the unlikely event that a product fails in the warranty period including all stitching, zips, metalwork, handles, corners, or soles you can return it to us for a repair or replacement so long as the products have been fairly treated for the period. This does not cover products that have been damaged by misuse, accidents, or unauthorised repair.

Returns
If it is deemed necessary to return an item for exchange or refund, please note the following:
Goods returned must be in original packaging, with labels still attached.
Notification of intention to return must be provided within 14 days of receipt.
Goods must be delivered to us within 14 days of return notification.
Goods must have accompanying copy receipt for return.
Goods returned unwanted are subject to a minimum postage charge of £3.50 or the actual delivery costs incurred to us, whichever is the greater.
Returned goods must be in new condition, i.e. unused and unmarked with labels attached.
Costs incurred in returning items are your responsibility.
